Entrepreneurship Analysis

In today’s growing societies we have introverts and extrovert leaders most introverts are very talkative, outspoken, and quick thinkers were as the introvert is a bit opposite. You see they process information differently---many people view them as not being knowledgeable but that is truly not the case. For a leader it takes a variety of characteristics and skills to be successful in the field of an entrepreneurial organization---things life wisdom, courage, empathy, patience, reasoning, perseverance, loyalty, and faith. To understand an entrepreneur is to walk in their shoes---they see things in the spirt sort of speak, they do everything in their power to walk it into existence (I can do spirt).

As a culture we rarely realize that our behavior, demeanor, or spoken words have a prolific effect on the actions of the people we come into contact with.  Although we experience a multitude of undefined thoughts and controlled actions or motives; the social aspect is still made aware of but sometimes goes forgotten or displaced. In many cases personality is the concept of a person’s well-being.  The misconception of person thoughts is sometimes obscured by a variety of generic elements. Yes, it’s important for a leader/entrepreneur to possess certain characteristics however it always helps when the factors of success include progressive innovation.

The workplace environment is a place of team building, trust, motivation, ambition, and progress; after the goals are understood the behaviors of the employees are taken into account. The mission of the workplace must constitute the base behavior of each individual in question; not to mention if a working concept is to be tested for a new product the negativity could destroy the project in question. In conclusion, I believe that entrepreneurs are blessed with the perfect balance of being both introvert & extrovert however I will say this, “When it comes to the product or mission they’re strictly bound to complete that task by any means necessary.”
